Our Oh So Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Veggie Boxes are designed with ingredients that are in season and are also designed to introduce you to new ingredients and new ways of preparing familiar ones. The star of this week’s box is the garden egg an excellent source of fiber and antioxidants. It is made in a spicey groundnut sauce and paired with ofada rice.
In this box you will find all the ingredients that will serve up two full portions of our Garden Egg in Groundnut Sauce stir fry recipe recommendation. Ingredients have been measured, weighed, and for those we can, prepped in advance. Some ingredients cannot be prepped in advance such as the onions and spring onions. The box contains more of some ingredients than you may need, in particular salt.
